Hey, I won’t even front that there are any reasons other than hedonistic ones to wrap your medicine with something as delicious as the Medicated Butterscotch Peanut Butter Canna Crunch cake that I got recently at medical-marijuana access point Holland House. Maybe there aren’t any. But for patients who are looking for an alternative to smoking when it comes to medicinal cannabis, it’s hard to imagine a more delicious way to medicate, at least if you enjoy plenty of sugar and fat with your THC.
Making the experience perfect was the fact that my Canna Crunch cake was fresh, moist and delicious on the day I got it; let’s hear it for adequate stock rotation! (I’ve been in a few other shops around town that could stand a little more of this.)
The Butterscotch Peanut Butter Canna Crunch is a good buy at $6, but don’t fool around with half-portions. Live a little; have the whole damn thing, then enjoy the warm glow that comes on an hour later, beautifully muting the sharp edges of your pain, magically removing your nausea, making the world a little more livable place for awhile, even through illness.
