Elijah Hall, the 17-year-old boy suspected of shooting and killing Ballard gas station clerk Manish Melwani during a robbery on Sunday, was charged as an adult with first-degree murder in King County today. Hall was identified as a suspect after police encountered him hanging around where the bag of clothing worn by the perpetrator was discovered, interviewed him, then later matched his fingerprints with those at the scene.
