Pheonix’s Grammy-winning 2009 indie-rock gem Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix has been remixed, then remixed again, then remixed so many times it spawned a remix album. But now, dear readers, fans and aspiring music producers, you too can get in on the fun–the French quartet has released the album’s multitrack recordings for free download. That means that each song is broken down into individual 256kbps-quality mp3s for vocals, drums, bass, guitar, etc. And if you’re anything like me, just geeking out on the different instrumentations and layers is a great way to burn through an hour or three.
