1. One-hour grocery delivery service Instacart has added Whole Foods to its lineup. The company’s Seattle and Eastside customers can now order food from Whole Foods, QFC, and Costco, with deliveries made within one hour.

2. RN74 Seattle will host grillmaster Steve Raichlen for a book signing and VIP dinner on June 23. The event kicks off at 6 p.m. for the signing of Raichlen’s Man Made Meals: The Essential Cookbook for Guys followed by an interactive, four-course dinner with Raichlen and Executive Chef David Varley.

3. Ethan Stowell’s Red Cow has launched a happy hour. The Madrona restaurant offers $5 charcuterie, $4 frites, $5 wine, and $3 beer from 5 to 6 p.m. daily. The restaurant has also opened a patio that seats 12.
