The green goddess has risen to hipness in recent times, providing all the more reason to take a lesson (and tastes) from the experts. And it’s quite a lineup: Seattleite Robert Hess, the founder of the American Cocktail Museum, Gwydion Stone, who makes Marteau absinthe, and Marc Bernard, of Pacific Distillery’s Pacifique absinthes.
