The liquor license application posted on the chain link fence surrounding the vintage rail cars reads The Orient Express. The original luxury passenger train traveled from Paris to Istanbul. Our own much-loved, local landmark was known for its diner fare, while one new version of the railway promises this sort of fine dining. Maybe this is the inspiration for what could be a very romantic idea…
