Look like dinner rolls to you? Well, they’re not. What they are is two fist-sized hum bao, and inside that glossy, bready surface lurks some excellent BBQ Chinese pork powerful enough to stain your fingers red for hours. I picked these up over the weekend and, showing what I thought was remarkable restraint, actually managed to get them home and under the lens before eating them, so the question now becomes…Can you guess where I was eating?Guesses in the comments section. Of course, the place he used to make them is no longer open.
