A good one. Grand Central Bakery and Cafe, is offering to make it look as if you had the time (and grace) to roll out a gorgeous pie of your own. An all butter crust, all natural ingredients, and, best of all, no sticker shock. Apple or marionberry pies are $14.95, while a pair of pie shells is $7.95. Made using local, seasonal fruit, the pies are flash-frozen for best results, and come with detailed baking instructions. All butter pie shells (a rarity in the grocery store) come with the bakery’s pumpkin pie and bourbon pecan pie recipes. For those whom the crust is the most intimidating aspect of pie baking, these might be the perfect easy-out solution. Grand Central Bakery 214 First Ave. S., PIONEER SQUARE(206) 768-0320
