credit: swinerymeats.comNew chorizo hanging.After being booted from The Swinery on Main location in the ID due to foreclosure issues (not his own, but the building owner’s), The Swinery’s Gabriel Claycamp has remodeled his West Seattle shop to process all things porcine. After a remodel, the artisanal butcher, deli, and walk-up window will reopen on April 1, serving up house-made bacon, porchetta, lamb, and pate de campagne, as well as delicious sandwiches. Claycamp also says there will be a burger-flippin’ grill in the courtyard, set to launch right around tax day.The Swinery, 3207 California Ave. S.W., 932-4211.
