After a remodel, the artisanal butcher, deli, and walk-up window will reopen on April 1, serving up house-made bacon, porchetta, lamb, and pate de campagne, as well as delicious sandwiches. Claycamp also says there will be a burger-flippin’ grill in the courtyard, set to launch right around tax day.The Swinery, 3207 California Ave. S.W., 932-4211.
