Chef Sam Ung, of Phnom Penh Noodle House, will teach a demonstration class through NuCulinary called Cambodian Favorites. The menu includes spicy beef with jalapeno and basil, Cambodian yellow curry chicken, shrimp salad with lime dressing, and for dessert, rice pudding with black-eyed peas.
