We’ve told you how millionaire pilot and once-convicted sex criminal Marc Gilbert is being allowed to view child porn in jail because the videos are evidence in his new child-rape case and he’s acting as his own attorney. And we’ve also told you that, despite the widespread outrage over this situation, eliminating Gilbert’s right to view the porn is a bad idea from a civil-rights perspective.Preserving rights, however, does not apply to letting other inmates inside the jailhouse kiddie-porn room who don’t need to be there.KOMO:The child rape suspect allowed to view porn in the Pierce County jail had a murder suspect in the same private viewing room with him.Apparently Gilbert, along with a private investigator he hired and accused murderer Antwane Goolsby, were all in the same room together while Gilbert was watching his child-porn evidence.Gilbert claims that the reason for the shared space was because they’d both hired the same investigator and were talking about both of their cases.Regardless, prosecutors are not pleased.Gilbert has promised the judge in his case that it won’t happen again. That’s nice of him.Follow The Daily Weekly on Facebook and Twitter.
