Pamela Ortega was lonely and depraved. There’s no other way to explain her behavior. Neighbors in her rural town of Warden, Washington say she often kept herself and her kids sequestered in their apartment. But she seemed to have a thriving life online.Using her webcam, she would film herself molesting her children — an 8-year-old daughter and a 6-year-old son — to fellow perverts around the world. On at least a dozen occasions, she forced her kids to stimulate her while men watched on a live feed. She also molested a 2-week-old baby she watched on the Internet.According to police, other men would show themselves molesting their children on webcams, then encourage Ortega to do things to her children. She also set up sexual rendezvous with men so they could rape her daughter. She was finally caught when she offered her daughter for sex to a man in Europe, and he called the Center for Exploited Children.She’s now charged with four counts of child rape and her children have been placed with someone else in another city. Bond has been set at $200,000.
