Microsoft is leaving nothing to chance with its attempts to keep Apple from trademarking the term “App Store.” In fact, the Redmond company’s lawyers just filed a motion with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to have Apple’s trademark filing stricken because . . . wait for it . . . the font is too small in the filing documents.
