Lots of people write little notes reminding themselves of something important. Larry Taylor is no different. Except that instead of reaching for a Post-It, the 18-year-old from Lake City had his reminder shaved into the side of his head. A unique hairstyle that would be this would-be criminal’s undoing.On August 23, two women were parked in an idling car when a man approached and shoved a gun in their face. The women didn’t get a great look at the suspect’s face. But they couldn’t help but notice the words “Get Money” shaved into the side of his head and tattooed on his hands.Because even your dumbest criminals don’t often go out of their way to make themselves that recognizable, police were quickly able to narrow down their list of suspects. Taylor was picked up shortly thereafter when he was pulled over for reckless driving.Taylor is now facing a robbery charge and is currently being held on $100,000 bond. Money he probably wishes he could get right about now.
