Last week, word was the next state budget projections would show us coming up about $8.5 billion short. Yesterday, the state said the deficit’s projecting at only $8.3 billion. What to do with that $.2 billion we weren’t expecting to have? I guess sometimes life just cuts out the middleman and gives you the lemonade straight-up.
