It was spotted in Magnolia on Saturday night and Sunday morning and then in Ballard on Sunday; it’s believed to have swam from Magnolia to Ballard via the Ship Canal. But every time police and wildlife agents get close, it finds a place to hide. It’s the Richard Kimble of bears!
