FAIL Blog, the celebration of all things done poorly owned by Seattle-based Cheezburger Network, has just been named one of Time’s most overrated blogs of 2010. Notes the newsweekly: “But as time goes by, what originality or distinctive voice can FAIL Blog provide to keep visitors coming?
