Elijah Hall, the 17-year-old charged with killing gas station attendant Manish Melwani on July 26th, pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder today. Hall was arrested at his house in Ballard the day after the crime. If he’s convicted as charged, Hall’s sentence will likely be between 20 and 26 years.
