Writes Mass:When they closed my room’s shades, turned on their blinding lights, and closed the door…well, I was a little concerned. I am afraid to see what will go on air tonight. Some sort of revenge tactic? Will they turn me into a scarester too? We’ll see.KING 5 Executive News Director Mark Ginther says the appearance is just a coincidence, and that the station turns to Mass because “the guy’s the bomb. He’s the goods.””We weren’t trying to scare anybody,” said Ginther of the segment Mass criticized, noting that the summer’s been “unseasonably hot. It’s what people are talking about.
