As reported elsewhere, 3rd Ave between Cherry and Columbia is shut down as a result of a bank robbery and bomb threat. According to an FBI spokesperson, the robbery occurred at Washington Federal Savings and the robber left behind a backpack and a note indicating the backpack may contain a bomb.
