A head finally rolled in the Hannah Montana/Qwest Field firefighter scandal. If you’ll recall, fire inspector Lt. Milton Footer didn’t bill Qwest Field for $200,000 of overtime SFD services and allegedly used his position to demand Hannah Montana tickets for his fiancee. Well, the Mayor’s office just sent out a press release announcing that he resigned–as of yesterday–and that the Mayor sent a letter of reprimand to Chief Gregory Dean for not adequately responding to the whole mess.
