The Friendly Skies are a two-man instrumental band from Portland that consists of drums, keys, vibraphone and guitar. It’s pleasant, dynamic mid-tempo stuff that’s pretty typical of the post-rock designation. The song the band’s so kindly offered up is called “Our So-Called Career,” and you can listen to it by clicking the song title (or right-click and download.)
