Next Monday, February 16, we humbly suggest that you all come to Gainsbourg and hear the new Love Land album, The Beautiful Truth. Love Land is, as you probably recall, the solo project of the late John Spalding. The listening party starts at 8 p.m., and 10% of all food and drink sales for the evening will be offered to the John Spalding Memorial Fund to help pay off the lingering medical bills from John’s battle with cancer. A lot of musicians and friends of Spalding have been incredibly generous, offering their art, money and time to make this album release possible; come show your support!
