Mark ClancySOTAIf you’re not yet aware of the Washington Bus Parliament and their many activities, it’s a group of young folks who are basically trying to get their peers (and beyond) interested and active in local politics. And one of the ways in which they do this is by hosting free, all ages shows, one of which is happening tonight at the Vera Project (doors at 7:30); the bill features local hip hop artists SOTA (State of the Artist), 10th and Commerce and Brothers from Another. There will also be free Cupcake Royale cupcakes. On the org’s website, you can find links to a bunch of free tunes from the artists performing tonight. Check it out.
