Local lyricist Grynch has a new EP called Chemistry ready and rearing to go July 7…for free. You’ll recall that the hard-working but ever-humble Seattle native dropped another freebie EP, Something More, back in November, which was more than worth its price. Once it lands on GetGrynch.com (where you can still download a copy of Something More), I suspect you’ll find his latest similarly valuable. (Check back at Reverb later this week for my review.) Grynch will also be headlining a release show July 12 at Nectar, along with a platinum-plus assemblage of MCs, including Sol, Tunji, Rockwell Powers and host Geologic of Blue Scholars.
