I’ve only been to the King Cobra a couple of times, but I have only fond memories of my experiences of the place. Firstly, they poured a strong drink, and that’s always a plus. Also, I kind of liked the remnants of the bizarre meat market dance club decor left over from Sugar. It gave the place character. You can’t ever completely escape your past, you know. Most importantly, and especially in the past few weeks, they’ve been hosting really solid shows over there. Sigh. I’ll miss you, King Cobra. Anyway, here’s the line-up for this Friday’s show, which starts at 5 p.m. (doors at 4), after the jump.
