Aside from that whole Beyonce affair at KeyArena (not that you didn’t know about that already), there’s this intriguing variety show at the Tractor Tavern tonight featuring a bunch of different Johns: John Wesley Harding, Jon Auer (pictured), and John Roderick. Plus some non-Johns like Eugene Mirman, Sherman Alexie and the band Thee Sgt. Major III. It’s at 8 p.m. and costs $20. And it’s seated. In addition to THAT, there’s a b-boy battle featuring Orbitron, the Silent Lambs Project and DJ Tecumseh; the winner gets $200 cash. That’s at High Dive, starts at 9 p.m. and costs $6.Finally, there will be a Sebastian Grainger in-store at Sonic Boom Records in Ballard tonight at 6 p.m. That’s free and all-ages.
