1. Central District residents and Seattle University students will soon have another dining option on 12th Avenue. Citing high rent, Bellevue’s casual Korean restaurant Oma Bap has announced it is relocating, reports Capitol Hill Seattle. The popular restaurant serves Korean-inspired fast food, including bibimbap. Oma Bap will open in The Douglas, the student housing development, though an open date hasn’t been announced yet.

2. Local 360 is hosting an educational cocktail party on March 31 from 6 to 9 PM. The gathering will feature local distillers and bartenders, and small bites will be on hand. More information is available on the Local 360 Facebook page.

3. Nuflours, a gluten-free bakery, is building out its Capitol Hill space and will be ready for a summer opening, according to Eater Seattle. Owners Amanda Bedell and Phebe Rossi are hard at work in the former North Hill Bakery space on 15th Avenue.
