1. In celebration of Earth Day today, Maria Hines Restaurants is donating $1 to PCC Farmland Trust from the sale of specialty cocktails at Golden Beetle, Agrodolce, and Tilth. The cocktails are available today only, in the restaurants’ bars, dining rooms, or outdoor patios.

2. Pan Pacific Hotel recently completed a $1.7 million renovation and is hosting a sustainably-minded celebration today from 4 to 8 PM. The hotel will offer tastings of Sun Liquor’s eco-friendly vodka and rum and the Lobby Bar’s new food menu and 18 craft cocktails.

3. The Fremont restaurant Hunger, at 36th and Fremont, has closed after four years in business. Eater Seattle reported that “Staff haven’t replied to a request for details, but according to a neighboring business owner the restaurant unexpectedly locked its doors on Saturday, April 12.”
