We’ve got more than our fair share of fish and chips in this city, thanks to Ivar’s, Spud, Pike Street Fish Fry … hell, it’s gotten to the point that you can order it at several teriyaki joints.Come April, the folks in Snohomish County’s tiny town of Sultan can get in on the greasy action as well, when Tim’s English-Style Fish and Chips opens, according to The Herald. Aspiring entrepreneur Tim McFarlane says he plans to sell cod and potatoes in a rented drive-up kiosk four days a week on U.S. 2. That’s sure to be welcome news to Sultan residents, not to mention drivers passing through who are usually forced to fill up on stale cookies and coffee at highway rest stops.
