Well, after two months of eating and making lists, we’ve put out our annual Favorite Restaurants issue today. Check the stands for the pull-out hard copy or visit our Fave Restaurants site, which will be live all year. A few comments: 1. Choosing only 10 restaurants in each price category sucks. The preliminary list I drew up in January had 140 candidates on it. 2. A few restaurants opened or changed chefs so recently that we didn’t get a chance to consider them for this year’s issue. 3. A huge thanks to all the writers who contributed to the issue!Now, which restaurants should we be thrashed for including or passing over?
