Two of these words go better together, but for two nights in July all three make for a beautiful evening. Shoreline Community College will offer a “Best Beers From Around the World” course beginning this summer, and you only have to commit to one or two nights. Tim Nichols, who holds beer appreciation classes at various local community colleges will teach; you can check out some of his knowledge at his blog, Beer and Beyond.
