The food isn’t the cheapest ($6 for a mushroom quesadilla?), but the $5 chicken wings and drums in a chile garlic rub stand out, as does the jicama slaw that comes with them. Draft beer is $3 during happy hour, and the $5 margaritas will definitely induce plenty of the happy and also help prevent scurvy. Most joints skimp on the happy hour margaritas, which you only notice after the happy time is over and you’re still stone cold sober. Not here.
