The website promises that the “Bark4Beer utility collar is the most fun dog collar you will own” – which it sure as hell ought to be, at $19.95. (For $10 more, you get the party pack, which includes the collar, a leash, and a couple beer cozies.)If my dog was the size of the beast in the accompanying photograph, I’d have no qualms cracking one open a couple inches away from her neck. But I feel like I’d get some nasty looks using my Chihuahua for this sort of activity. Maybe I need to trade her in for something bigger…
