IHOP’s Scary Face PancakeTo celebrate Halloween Halloween, IHOP will serve free “Scary Face Pancakes” to children under 12 from 7 to 10 a.m. Friday, October 29. The pancake – which surprisingly, contains under 600 calories – comes with a whipped cream mouth, strawberry nose, and a side of two mini Oreos and candy corn to get creative with. In other news, Ballard burger restaurant The Counter will reward customers who say they voted with a complimentary order of fries on Election Day, Tuesday, November 2. If you miss that, The Counter will sling $1 fried picks on National Pickle Day, which is Sunday, November 14.
