Hot: Gluten-free breads and pastas: I’m seeing more alternatives for celiacs and self-proclaimed gluten allergies.

Lukewarm: Garnishes: If your food doesn’t already look good, some parsley, micro greens, or balsamic reduction isn’t going to make it more appetizing.

Freezer-Burned: Bacon. Everything is bacon-wrapped, topped, filled, flavored, garnished with… Sorry bacon, you’re not that hip anymore.
