(It was last the home of the Georgetown Truck Stop, which our Bottomfeeder loved.)According to its website, which hasn’t yet been updated to reflect the opening, the restaurant will be dispensing hot soup Monday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and profits will go to local nonprofits. Let me know if you’ve been.Lect’s Soup Stop, 5327 Denver Ave., S.(*Maggie adds: I’ve been! I was the first customer today: bean and bacon soup for breakfast, yessss. $5 for soup, roll, and butter, a monthly schedule included in your little to go.)
