By the time you read this, I’m going to be on a plane to Korea, where I plan to spend the next week and a half prowling unfamiliar streets, surrounded by strange smells, unburdened by the need to document what I’m putting in my mouth.In my absence, we’ve recruited an old Weekly hand to take on a couple of restaurant reviews.
