A giant tasting featuring chefs from many top restaurants like TASTE, Canlis, Cantinetta and Skillet, this event has been differently advertised, but its main purpose is to serve as one of Farestart‘s big fundraisers. Local breweries on hand to pour include Elliott Bay, Maritime, Pike and Trade Route. Wineries from the Rhone Rangers organization will provide wines for tasting. This is a group of West Coast wineries that specialize in wines made from the varieties grown in the Rhone region of France: syrah, Grenache, mourvedre, and viognier to name the most popular.
