Nearly three dozen state brewers will be represented at this weekend’s Winter Beer Festival, from Redhook down to Port Townsend Brewing. That adds up to 75 different varieties of beer, ranging from “Pumpkin Death” to “Frostbite Imperial Red.” Admission gets you six tastings in five-ounce increments; after that, you can buy more tokens and drink all you want. (To help cut the heavy winter ales, we recommend the offerings from Theo Chocolate; or just go next door for dinner at Hale’s Pub to sop up the alcohol.) Awards will be given according to your votes.
