Schmudget is running a series this week called “Five Facts About the Economy and the Deficit”. Today’s entry is “People Aren’t Buying Stuff”. It’s not an earth-shattering observation, of course, but it is always interesting to see the numbers, and to learn stuff like this:Most of the difference between the deficit expected last spring and the current projection is due to reduced revenue expectations.
