Here’s another story in which the video seems to speak for itself. The incident went down on Oct. 18, but has only come to light since surveillance videos were uncovered by KIRO-TV. It involves a 17-year-old suspect, a convenience store and three Chuck Norris style roundhouse kicks to the young man’s groin, head and chest–one while the suspect seemed to be surrendering and two more while he was down on the ground. The juvenile was one of five suspects arrested during an undercover drug buy. Police say one of their plainclothes officers was lured into a parking garage, then surrounded and attacked. If so, it might give some reason why Officer Hoodie McBackpack here might want to throw a couple ninja kicks at the suspect. Of course a “reason” and an “excuse” are two completely different things. The unidentified cop has been suspended while the brass figures out what to do long-term with him.Any suggestions?
