Seattle’s culinary scene is a force to be reckoned with. Just ask Thierry Rautureau and Ethan Stowell, two local Chefs and Restauranteurs of multiple restaurants, both of whom will participate in the ZINO Keep on (Food) Truckin’ Investment Forum as distinguished judges and panelists. In addition to sampling food items and hearing investment pitches from food trucks and other hospitality companies, guests will be able to enjoy poured libations from Westland Distillery, Grizzly Ciderworks, Rocky Pond Winery, Terroir360 and Alexandria Nicole Cellars. Presenting companies include (to date): Just Jacks, The Brick Wood Fired Pizza, Pink’s Ice Cream, Lezzetli Ice Cream Company, Lish and Nutpods.
