Still, it’s fun to link to the possibly scurrilous Gizmodo report that, per a recent survey of PC buyers, about one-third of them had downgraded to from Microsoft Vista to XP. (Or is it an upgrade?) It’s hard to imagine customer dissatisfaction on that scale. That would be like buyers of new SUVs driving their rigs back to the lot and asking to trade them in for fuel-efficient economy cars.
