What once was a nearly 30-point margin separating Susan Hutchison from Dow Constantine has now been narrowed to three points in the latest KING/SurveyUSA poll. While this is certainly encouraging news for the Constantine camp, the fact that only 10 percent of survey participants were undecided indicates that the two King County Exec rivals could be duking it out for a pretty small subset of voters between now and November 3.
