UPDATE: Wanna see the little bugger that caused all this mess?Around 2 p.m. today the walls of Seattle Weekly’s downtown offices shook and Twitter exploded with news of similar rumblings throughout the state. With President Obama in town, I’m sure a few of you thought something along the lines of, “We’re at war!” Or, “Seafair is still going on?!” But according to the FAA, the sonic boom came from two fighter jets dispatched from Portland after a pilot breached the presidential airspace. No word on who that pilot was or where he or she was flying. We’ll let you know when we find out.UPDATE: CBS News’ Mark Knoller Tweets that the breacher was a small private seaplane that got within eight miles of Air Force One.Knoller says the seaplane had landed by the time the jet fighters were scrambled. And that the pilot is currently being questioned. Bet that’s not frightening in the least.UPDATE: KIRO has a picture of the seaplane.Watch out! It might…brush up against you with its skids.
