Twitter is an incredible tool that lets you immediately broadcast your thoughts to people all around the world. In other words, it’s an easy way to do something very stupid.A couple weeks ago, the Twitter feed of a local radio station made a controversial remark about Muslims. It was an awfully weird bit of commentary coming from a station that usually sticks to issues surrounding alternative rock, not religious profiling. And the station later explained away the Tweet by saying it’d been hacked. Was it a dumb thing to say to thousands of people on the internet? Probably. But was it the dumbest? Not by a mile.
