There’s garlic, garlic everywhere at the homey Mawadda Cafe in Rainier Valley, which boasts that it serves Seattle’s best falafel. It has the chickpeas to back up its claim, but, if dietary restrictions allow, migrate to the meat side of the menu for phenomenally tender gyro meat and beautifully spiced chicken shwarma, both of which pair nicely with Mawadda’s zesty garlic sauce.
