The prolific and extremely well-informed West Seattle Blog just informed the world that Chris Navarra, owner of Prost, Die BierStube, and Feierabend, is taking over 3407 California Ave SW (the old Basic Green Box).The question on my West Seattleite friends’ minds: Will the new Prost serve a limited menu of snacks, like the North Seattle original does? Or will it have fried pickles and jaegersnitzel like South Lake Union’s Feierabend?
