Colleen Russell, one of Josh’s new neighbors, has started a campaign to tie ribbons and put up fliers all over the gated community where they both live.She even put one up on the light post directly opposite his house.Speaking for all spouse’s with common sense, Russell told KOMO of her little project, “If that were my husband…I would stay in that town…I would stay in that home until he came back or until a body was found.”
